George W. Cattiny, Jr., Dvm, Ms

Dr. Cattiny worked as an extern at the Monmouth Racetrack with Kettner and Kenny. He then went on to an externship in oncology and exotics at the Animal Medical Center in 1994.
In 1995, Dr. Cattiny worked at the Pompton Lakes Animal Hospital, and no less than a year and a half later, took on ownership of the practice in 1997. Since that time, Dr. Cattiny has performed tens of thousands of surgical procedures were performed in an attempt to perfect his technique. In 1998, he began performing Stem Cell and PRP therapy in-house to advance care and better well-being.
In 2018, he served as the sole founder and CEO of the Westwood Regional Veterinary Hospital.
His interests include advanced diagnostic and surgical modalities, including CT scans, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and advanced surgical laser technology.
Dr. Cattiny is constantly pursuing the betterment of healthcare for pets and their family members.
In his spare time, Dr. Cattiny enjoys fly-fishing and spending time outdoors.
He loves spending time with his pets and his three sons and daughter.
Taylor R. McConnell, DVM, CCRP
Associate Veterinarian and Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner
Dr. McConnell graduated from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 and has been working as a small animal practitioner for the last five years. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Animal Science from Rutgers University in 2014. She went on to complete her certification in canine rehabilitation at the University of Tennessee, as she has a strong interest in physical therapy and healing.
Dr. McConnell oversees the physical therapy department at the N1 Animal Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Westwood, NJ, and leads the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber operations. Her interests include emergency medicine and surgery, physical therapy and rehabilitation, and laboratory animal medicine and research.
In her spare time, Dr. McConnell spends time with her two beautiful children, Giovanni and Ava.
She enjoys working on her house and spending time with her black lab puppy, Duke, and her tabby cat, Rambo.
Giammanco, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Giammanco graduated from St. George’s University of Veterinary Medicine (clinical year: The Ohio State University)
Born and raised in Bergen County, NJ, he grew up with family dogs. His Professional Interests are canine and feline medicine, specifically internal medicine and surgery. Also, public health and epidemiology, as well as the “one health” organization.
In his spare time, his interests include Cooking/Culinary arts, Sports, and outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, kayaking, and camping.
